The Norwegian company Kongsberg Maritime is one of the world's largest manufacturers of underwater technology and can look back on a long-term cooperation with GEOMAR. To further formalize this cooperation, GEOMAR’s Director Professor Peter Herzig and Bjørn Jalving, Vice-President Kongsberg Maritime Subsea, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 19 Decembe, 2017, in Kiel.
