Okeanus Offers FlexSEA Modular Flotation System to the Subsea Industry

Okeanus Science & Technology, LLC (Okeanus), an established marine equipment and engineering service provider, and Continental Shelf Associates Inc (CSA), a diverse ocean industry holding company, have announced an exclusive rental and sales distribution agreement for CSA’s patented FlexSEA Modular Flotation System.

The FlexSEA flotation system was developed by CSA to address the growing demand for deep water flotation modules that can be easily configured into an infinite number of applications, including ROV Work Packages, Subsea Tooling & Intervention Systems, jumpers, umbilicals, sleds, and other subsea packages.

The patented technology was designed to provide a more versatile buoyancy solution to the offshore world. The FlexSEA modules can be arranged in a wide variety of configurations, and are rated to service packages up to 4,000m in depth. Modules of different sizes also offer the option to form arrays for a wide variety of subsea deployments and installations, tools, instrumentation packages, vehicles and submersibles including ROV mounted intervention packages.
