Trendsetter Receives Contract Extension for Trident Intervention System

Trendsetter Engineering, Inc. has received a two‐year contract extension with a major Operator in Brazil for the use of the 6”, 15K Trident Intervention System to facilitate well interventions as well as plug and abandonment operations.

Trendsetter Engineering first mobilized the modular, 15K intervention system in 2020 to Brazil, completing 6 well interventions in its first two campaigns. With additional Trendsetter logoopportunities on the horizon, Trendsetter has established a local Brazilian entity to support this agreement and future projects.

Trendsetter is a leading subsea intervention system equipment and service provider that owns and operates five 15,000psi subsea intervention systems for hydraulic, riserless light well and intervention riser‐based operations.
