USS Wins at the Cornwall Manufacturers Group Awards

Unmanned Survey Solutions (USS) Inception Class MKII Unmanned Surface Vessel has won the Innovation/Improvement Project of the Year Award at the Cornwall Manufacturers Group Awards 2019.

The team at USS have worked extremely hard to bring this innovative and modular USV product to international markets, which really impressed the judges.

Jon Hurrell, CEO of CMG, said: “The business had overcome many challenges and they really put their belief in their product which has been ratified by the market interest and orders developed. It was very encouraging to see the innovation continuing with future models and aspirations for the future under development”.
