Focal Technologies Partners with MacArtney Singapore

To ensure high-quality service and support to all of their Asian Pacific customers Focal Technologies Corporation, a Moog Inc. company, has entered into a sales and service partnership with their Focal global marine partner MacArtney Singapore Pte. Ltd.

The sales and service partnership agreement between Focal and MacArtney will become effective from October 1, 2015. Serving as a one-stop service hub for all of the Singaporean region MacArtney Singapore holds extensive experience, expertise and a profound track record as a Moog Focal product service provider. Besides, they are backed by dedicated workshops already in place at MacArtney Group operations in Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, USA, France and the Netherlands.

The Singapore workshop employs highly experienced and fully trained technicians

Trained technicians and state-of-the-art equipment
Operating out of a purpose designed in-house workshop equipped with the latest tools and equipment, the MacArtney service facility is capable of performing complete refurbishment, repair and maintenance of all standard Moog Focal products.

All jobs at the service facility are executed by fully trained and experienced technicians holding the necessary certificates to conduct first-grade offshore and on-site service on board ships and platforms and supported by the latest technology including inductive soldering machinery and advanced test equipment. Whether performing basic maintenance or a complete system overhaul, MacArtney technicians work to ensure that official manufacturer procedures and instructions are meticulously followed.
