Chris Williams Joins Phoenix as General Manager in Virginia

Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. (Phoenix) announces that Chris Williams has joined the company as General Manager (GM) for the Norfolk, VA office. In addition to his GM duties, Chris will manage Phoenix’s key U.S. Navy Diving Services Contract, providing underwater ship repair capability to U.S. Navy ships worldwide.

A retired U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer and diver, Chris brings to Phoenix his extensive experience coordinating technically challenging marine engineering projects around the globe. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chris’s qualifications supplement his deck-plate knowledge in the area of underwater ship husbandry.
