Ashtead Technology Appoints New HR Director

International subsea equipment rental and solutions specialist Ashtead Technology has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Christine Cochrane as HR Director.

The appointment follows a period of significant growth for the company and reflects the importance Ashtead Technology places in attracting and retaining top talent to support its strategic ambitions and international expansion plans.

Christine joins Ashtead Technology following a career spanning over 20 years in a breadth of HR disciplines covering talent acquisition, training & competency, employee relations, reward, leadership development and organisational culture. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, Christine has held various senior positions in the renewables, oil and gas and engineering sectors, most recently with Global Energy Group & Ross County Football Club where she was Group People and Culture Director.

In her new role, Christine will lead the strategic direction of the HR function, working closely with the senior management and regional teams to ensure that the right people strategies are in place to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business and deliver against the company’s priorities.
