APEM Group Acquires Nash Maritime
APEM Group has announced the acquisition of NASH Maritime, a specialist shipping, navigation and maritime risk consultancy.
This is APEM’s fifth acquisition in the last two years and bolsters the company’s offering to the global offshore wind and maritime infrastructure sectors.
NASH Maritime will be able to offer its customers enhanced technical shipping and navigation capabilities by drawing on the significant resource of the wider APEM Group and will continue to develop its suite of technology and software solutions to be deployed across the global renewables and maritime sectors.

With synergies for clients across the renewables and maritime sectors, the combination of the APEM Group and NASH Maritime will provide new avenues to deliver APEM’s ambitious growth strategy.

The continued investment in strategic acquisitions is validation of the growth strategy being purued by APEM since a management buy-out backed by private equity firm WestBridge.
