OKEA has selected Aker Solutions¹ as the main contractor for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI). The project will involve major modifications of the existing platform to enable power from shore.

On February 4, 2023, BSM managed Service Operation Vessel (SOV) “Windea Leibniz” finished an extensive upgrade at Ulstein Shipyard in Norway. With an increase of cabins from 60 to over 80, the vessel has transitioned from an SOV to a Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV).

TotalEnergies has been awarded two licenses to explore CO2 storage potential in the Danish North Sea. The licenses are located 250 kilometers off the west coast of Denmark and cover an area of 2,118 km2.

Technip Energies has been awarded a contract for the front-end engineering and design (FEED) of the world’s largest low-carbon hydrogen project for ExxonMobil in Baytown, Texas, USA.

LedaFlow Technologies has formed a research consortium with energy companies ConocoPhillips, TotalEnergies, Equinor, and ExxonMobil Technology & Engineering, as well as sub-suppliers Kongsberg Digital, SINTEF Industry, and SINTEF Energy Research, to enhance its multiphase transport simulator technology for transport and injection of CO₂.
