NextGeo Appoints Frank Koopman as Offshore Wind Strategy Director

NextGeo, a leading international company in the field of marine geosciences and offshore construction support services, with a focus on renewable energy, appoints Frank Koopman as Offshore Wind Strategy Director.

NextGeo has signed up Frank Koopman to further strengthen its know-how and its presence in the offshore wind and renewable energy sector.

Frank Koopman is an experienced executive and leader in the offshore energy sector, with over 20 years of experience in leading complex organizations, projects and innovation programs. He was Global Director Offshore Wind and Global Director Marine Site Characterization at Fugro from 2019 to 2023. In these roles Frank was responsible for the company’s highly successful growth strategy, innovation portfolio and investment programs for their business in offshore wind and renewable energies.
