Prysmian to Feature High Tech Cable Solutions at OTC 2018

Prysmian Group, world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry, will showcase state-of-the-art technologies at the Offshore Technology Conference 2018, taking place in Houston, TX, from April 30 to May 1(booth 3653).

The Prysmian stand will feature their full portfolio of cable systems for the offshore Oil & Gas industry, including solutions for power transmission, distribution, instrumentation and control, together with Submarine cables. Examples of Core Cable solutions and Umbilicals will be on display alongside our new generation of integrated cable and protector solutions for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) applications.

Prysmian has pioneered the development of reliable ESP cables for more than thirty years and its success in the market with major oil field service companies has been a product of the continuous stream of innovations from the Group’s research and development teams. In a continuously challenging market, extended operating lifetime of an ESP cable is critical to ensure economic production.
