Sensoray Designs New HD Embeddable DVR

The Model 4023 from SENSORAY is a compact HD digital video recorder designed for embedded OEM applications.

It captures and records analog HD video (TVI, CVI, AHD) and stereo audio to USB storage media and can capture JPG images on the fly without interrupting stream recording. It provides both DVI and composite NTSC/PAL outputs to allow live or recorded video and JPG snapshots to be displayed on an external HD or SD monitor. Date and time are maintained by a real-time clock with battery backup. To implement a complete embedded DVR, connect power, a keypad or keyboard, and a USB storage device. A wireless DVR can be created by plugin in a USB Wi-Fi adapter into one of the USB ports.

SENSORAY specializes in the design and manufacture of advanced video capture and processing devices. Their video products have recorded space shuttle flights, beamed imagery from UAVs, and captured video from sub-sea ROVs and pipeline inspection tractors. They record countless surgeries, monitor secure facilities, and stream video from broadcast studios around the world. Sensoray video products offer high performance HD capture and compression, text and graphics overlay, video over IP, exceptionally low latency, and advanced deinterlacing.
