OceanTools Secures Major Subsea Housing Order

OceanTools, global leader in subsea engineering, have secured a significant order with Proeon Systems Ltd, Safety and Control Systems Integration Company based in Norfolk, United Kingdom. The major order approaching £400,000 in value, has been confirmed for the design and manufacture of highly specialized deepwater subsea housings.

The housings are to be manufactured from super duplex – a type of stainless steel – and form part of a package Proeon are delivering to their client, an oil industry first tier contractor.

This order follows on from another major order OceanTools recently fulfilled for 6000m titanium subsea pressure housings for the National Institute of Ocean Technology in Chennai, India.
