Arctic Rays Launches New Ultra-High Output Lights Oceans 2018

Arctic Rays, LLC will be showcasing three new ultra-high output LED lights along with a compact pan & tilt for the underwater market at the Oceans 2018 conference in Charleston.

The new LED lights are part of the Arctic Rays’ proven Dragonfish line and include the following:

Dragonfish II – a high output 30,000 lm dual-channel continuous dimmable torch rated for 6,000 meters.

Fusion-4 – an ultra-high output 120,000 lm strobe with a fast 2Hz repetition rate rated for 6,000 meters.

Fusion 6 – an ultra-high output 180,000 lm strobe with a fast 2 Hz repetition rate rated for 6,000 meters.

Dragonfish LightIn addition to the new Dragonfish lights, Arctic Rays will have the new Hammerhead ultra-compact Pan & Tilt on display. The Hammerhead offers unlimited rotation in both axes with a torque of 6.8 N-m (5 ft-lb) and absolute position feedback in a 316 S.S. housing. The air-filled housing is rated for 1,000 meters or 6,000 meters if PBOF.

OCEANS is the bi-annual event for global marine technologists, engineers, students, government officials, lawyers, and advocates. Industry thought leaders gather for four days to highlight relevant topics and current trends, while creating a community of learners and influencers who consistently advance research, practices, and policies for the marine field.
