RBR Limited Receives MTS Award

RBR Limited of Ottawa, Canada was presented the Marine Technology Society's Compass Industrial Award, during a ceremony at the recent IEEE MTS Oceans 2014 conference in St. John's, Newfoundland.

This prestigious award is presented to an organization which has made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of marine science and technology. MTS is the leading international community of ocean engineers, technologists, policy-makers, and educators and exists to promote awareness, understanding, advancement and application of marine technology.

Founded in 1976, RBR has a rich heritage of research and development and now designs and manufactures high precision instruments for oceanographic, freshwater, groundwater and cryospheric research.

Accepting the award on behalf of RBR, President Greg Johnson said,
