Phoenix Area Manager Elected to the Diving Safety Work Group (dswg) Executive Board

Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. (Phoenix) announces that the company’s Area Manager for Bayou Vista, Louisiana, Troy Turner, has been elected to the executive board of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico Diving Safety Workgroup (DSWG).

The DSWG is a Gulf of Mexico focused, non-competitive and non-commercial group of oil and gas operators, transmission companies, commercial diving companies, supporting sub-contractors, organizations, and industry stake holders that provide a unified voice to promote and improve diving safety.

Throughout his 30+ years in the Oil and Gas industry, Troy has garnered a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the commercial diving industry. As a professional commercial diver for over half his career, he possesses an unwavering commitment to safe diving practices and procedures and has long been an industry advocate for diver safety.
