NOIA Promotes Justin Williams to Senior Director

The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) has promoted Justin Williams to Senior Director Digital and Public Affairs. Justin has been a valued member of the NOIA team since June 2015, and has raised the association’s visibility through its digital communications, including its web and social media sites, publications, videos, graphics and presentations.

“Justin is instrumental in communicating the need for increased reliable access and a fair regulatory and economic environment for NOIA member companies to develop our nation’s valuable offshore energy resources in an environmentally responsible manner,” said Randall Luthi, President of NOIA. “Since arriving at NOIA, Justin has impressed his associates and NOIA members with his professionalism, skill, creativity and enthusiasm for the offshore industry. He has truly earned this somewhat overdue promotion.”

In addition to his digital communications roles, Justin handles media relations on legislative issues and regularly contributes articles for publication in print and online. He also staffs NOIA’s Public Affairs and Education Committee.
