James Fisher and Sons Appoints New Head of Energy

James Fisher and Sons plc has announced the appointment of Neil Sims as its new Head of Energy, to lead the group’s energy division and its delivery of world-leading services. Neil will report to Chief Executive Officer, Jean Vernet, as part of the James Fisher executive team.

Neil joins the business from Expro, where he most recently served as Product Line Vice President and was responsible for their Well Flow Management portfolio and Sustainability and ESG transitional strategy. A highly experienced commercial leader and with a career of more than 30 years in the energy industry, Neil will lead the group’s full offering of renewable and oil and gas capabilities, products and services, with a particular focus on meeting the growing global demand for sustainably led energy.
