C & C Technologies to be Acquired by Oceaneering International
C & C Technologies, a leading international provider of survey and mapping services, announced today that it has agreed to be acquired by Oceaneering International, Inc. The transaction is anticipated to be completed in early April 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
C & C Technologies and Oceaneering both have strong financial and operational histories, and both have concentrations in global deep water energy arenas. Each are committed to providing the most advanced products and services to improve their customers’ performance. The combined experience and resources of C & C Technologies and Oceaneering International will allow for substantial and widespread growth.

C & C Technologies will retain its name and continue to be headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
