Bryan McGlinchy Set to Retire as Diving Lead at IMCA

After almost 12 years leading Diving at the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), and more than 40 years working in the sector, Bryan McGlinchy will be retiring at the end of the year.

IMCA Logo largeThroughout his time with IMCA as Diving Manager, Bryan has had a huge impact on its Diving output and, through his work with IMCA and previously at the HSE in the UK, a positive impact on offshore performance and diving safety across the industry.

Commenting on Bryan’s retirement, Iain Grainger, IMCA CEO said: “I’m sure everyone in the industry will join me in wishing Bryan all the best for the future. He has had an undeniable positive impact on the sector and has played a key role in supporting our mission of improving safety and performance. He can be very proud of his achievements with IMCA and the industry as a whole.

“IMCA is in the process of appointing a replacement and will share more details prior to Bryan’s departure. As part of this, we are also considering additional appointments to expand the skills, experience, and capacity of the Diving Division in the new year.”
