Following a period of commissioning and testing environmental monitoring equipment, Sustainable Marine Energy has satisfied the requirements set out by the Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans to commence operation of tidal turbines on the PLAT-I platform installed in Grand Passage, Nova Scotia.

Neptune Energy has submitted development plans for the Duva (PL636) and Gjøa P1 (PL153) projects in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. First production from the projects is expected in late 2020/early 2021.
