New Products for Hydrotest Monitoring from Aquatec Group

Aquatec is launching 4 new products at Offshore Europe, as part of their hydrotest instrumentation and systems range. The new products include a subsea display, subsea gauge and standalone monitoring skid.

The AQUAdisp™ is a revolutionary new subsea display. Up to 16 parameters can be displayed over 4 screens. Data can also be presented graphically on 16 graphs, displaying the last 33 values. The low power technology means the display can stay on all of the time – there is no need to turn it on or off. Three versions of the display are available, depending on whether it is to be used with Aquatec instrumentation or third party equipment.

The HYDROgauge™ digital pressure gauge features a high specification absolute pressure sensor with an exceptional precision of 0.01% of Full Scale. A variety of absolute pressure ranges are available, up to 1000 bar, allowing customers to take precise readings suited to their hydrotest or isolation measurement. The readings are displayed on the new Aquatec display, with clear graphics and low power technology.

‘Aquatec Group – HYDROskid’

The HYDROskid™ is an exciting new standalone hydrotest monitoring skid, featuring the new AQUAdisp™ subsea display, alongside the popular HYDROlog™ 2000PT pressure logger. The system is compact and easy to use, with a single connection point. Data can be downloaded via ROV using the AQUAmodem® Op1 optical modem, and pressure readings monitored numerically or graphically. The system is switched on by the new AQUAswitch™ subsea switch, making sure it is only active when needed. Redundancy is built in via a data logger with back-up power, ensuring none of the valuable data is lost. A rechargeable battery means quick and easy turnaround between deployments. The HYDROskid™ is now available for rental.

Aquatec will be displaying the new products at Offshore Europe on stand 6D15 in the Deep Water Zone from Tuesday 8th to 11th September. Also featured are the comprehensive LEAKlog™ leak detection system, and cathodic protection and monitoring systems.
