Phoenix Hires New Commercial Ship Husbandry Supervisor

Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. (Phoenix) announces that Darren Van Ryn has been hired as their new Commercial Underwater Ship Husbandry Supervisor for the Gulf of Mexico region.

DarrenIn this position, Darren will be responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, and management of commercial ship husbandry diving projects along the gulf coast. Additionally, he will implement work plans and schedules in support of awarded work and be responsible for the safety of diving personnel and effective operations.

Darren is industry certified in air and mixed gas diving from the CDA Technical Institute in Jacksonville, FL and holds a diver certification from the Board of Canada. He is a certified Dive Medical Technician (DMT) and qualified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and has worked as a Tender, Diver, and Supervisor in the offshore Oil and Gas Industry.
