NEW TECHNOLOGY: Teledyne Oil & Gas Receives "Spotlight on New Technology" Award

Teledyne Oil & Gas is the proud recipient of the "Spotlight on New Technology" award from OTC. This award recognizes products that have the potential to make a significant impact on the oil and gas industry.

The winning technology from Teledyne Oil & Gas is an Electrical Optical Flying Lead (EOFL). The EOFL consists of a Nautilus Rolling Seal Hybrid Wet Mate Connector and a 7- or 12-Way Nautilus Electrical Wet Mate Connector on either end of a subsea jumper assembly. A qualified electrical/optical converter is embedded into the PBOF hose. The system helps optimize subsea data transmission network architecture, potentially reducing operational costs and system complexity.
