Director Appointments at RS Aqua Ltd

Ocean equipment distributors, RS Aqua Ltd, Hampshire, UK announce two directorial appointments effective 1st January 2014. These see Martin Stemp (right) appointed Sales Director and Terry Edwards (left) becomes Technical Director.

Martin and Terry both joined RS Aqua in July 2012 and quickly set about forming an excellent managerial partnership overseeing the expansion of the company's product portfolio and the introduction of specialist support services.

Martin Stemp has coordinated and managed the introduction of additional distributorship agreements with several notable manufacturers including Liquid Robotics Inc, Vemco Ltd and Rowe Technologies Inc. In addition, ongoing discussions continue with a further group of manufacturers, all of whom have expressed specific desires to link with RS Aqua for the marketing and sales of their products in the UK and Ireland.

Terry Edwards has expertly managed the launch of the UK Waverider calibration facility, a joint project between RS Aqua and Datawell bv, which now sees a regular throughput of buoys being calibrated on behalf of the many UK/Ireland Waverider users. He has also provided technical input to the establishment of the new Iridium satellite data telemetry service centre which has been set up as an outreach office of the JouBeh Technologies facility in Nova Scotia, Canada.

On announcing the appointments, managing director, Roger Scrivens, commented that "the company's vital Sales and Technical operating divisions are in very good hands".
