Reef Subsea Dredging & Excavation Completes the Draugen Infill Project for A/S Norske Shell with Ocean Installer

Reef Subsea Dredging & Excavation (RSDE) has successfully completed another rock removal project for A/S Norske Shell over an 11 week period in the Draugen Field, located in License PL93 (Block 6407/9) in the Haltenbanken area some 140km north of Kristiansund, Norway. 

The project was contracted by Ocean Installer for A/S Norske Shell and the work was performed from Ocean Installer's operated offshore construction vessel 'Normand Mermaid'.

The scope of work for RSDE included providing the supervision of necessary equipment and personnel to complete the rock removal to allow installation of new oil production and gas lift lines, umbilicals and re-routing of existing lines.
